Inner Athlete has been such a special place for our family. My older son started there when he was 2.5, and my 1.5-year-old also went last spring. They both absolutely love it. It was also one of my oldest son’s first drop-off experiences, and because he had already taken Mommy & Me classes there, he felt comfortable and familiar enough to stay for the one-hour class on his own. It has been a wonderful way to build both of our boys’ confidence, coordination, independence, and love of sports from such a young age. Coach Claire and Coach Alberto are both amazing with kids and make every class feel fun, welcoming, and engaging. We’ll be moving soon and are really going to miss these classes and the wonderful experience both of our boys have had there.

So much gratitude for the TIA team. My 4yo son loves everything about TIA - we do the JV classes and the schools-closed camps, and he can’t get enough. His confidence has blossomed since he started at TIA, and I always feel comfortable dropping him off with the coaches. Lisa has developed a fantastic team, who consistently go above and beyond at every occasion. Most recently, we did a TIA “away team” party for my son’s birthday. Coaches Alberto, Morgan and Brianna were fantastic. They kept the kids engaged, active and laughing all party long. We were so happy with how it turned out, and truly do not think another team could deliver what TIA did. Thank you all so much!

We love TIA Elite! My girls are 10 and 12, they have been in TIA Elite since December 2025. They enjoy going every week for stretching, running and strength training. They get a nice workout while having fun! Coach Katie is sweet, supportive and challenges them to do their best! Highly recommend!

We love it here!!!! Not only gains our 10 year old daughter strength she also got so much confidence! The teachers do an amazing job!!!! Original quote= Mom I jumped on to a big box very high I thought I can never do this ever and the teacher said I can if I really believe in myself… and it worked!!! They also take the kids outside if the weather allows which I really love. Amazing attitude all over that place ❤️

Couldn’t have asked for a better party. Coach Berto and Coach Claire were PHENOMENAL with the kids, learned the names of all 18, made sure everyone had fun and felt included, and kept the kids engaged for a full 2 hours. The staff was so helpful and everything was taken care of. Highly recommend.
